I watched as the object disappeared behind the mountains but noticed that the light from it gave off a bright aura that never changed its brightness. As it slowly came back from behind the mountains it continued on its slow deliberate path until it went behind a larger group of mountains and I could not see it again. I honestly have never seen anything that bright or slow moving in the sky. It was a moonless night and the skies were clear. I am a former soldier who's MOS dealt directly with aircraft identification so I know the difference between small prop planes, jets and helicopters. I do not know if there were any local radar tracks that could confirm what I saw.

We could still see the sky where it should have been but it was gone and at that point we witnessed a plane traveling fast from the SE as if it were trying to catch it. At one point we had both visible and it was very obvious that the plane was dwarfed by the UFO. It was huge.

We had just finished lunch and it was 1:45pm and we were on our way heading North on interstate 5 when I observed a funny looking bright object in the sky out of the passengers side of window.I asked the person riding with me to keep an eye on the object and when it went from 1 to 2 objects and the person made the comment that one of the objects changed shape and that a picture was being taken of the objects so as soon as the picture was taken the objects separated a little more and then vanished. The interesting part is that when we looked at the picture that was taken with an I phone we noticed tiny little orbs around each object that we couldn't see with the naked eye and when enlarged you could make out the bigger objects as Bright saucer shape.
