Our neighbors told us about a sighting in the area on Aug. 3/4th. Four individuals observed it. A rounded shaped or oval object with pulsating white lights. Tonight at around 8:30 pm. our family was driving down 138 west in the area where we live and saw this pyramid shaped brightly lit object hovering. We watched it since there are planes that fly overhead toward Ont. airport and we have helicopters at times as well as other aircraft from Edwards on occasion. This was not like anything we ever saw before with its intense bright lights with red lights more at the top. This did not move but hovered above the ridge for about 30 min. and then descended behind the ridge. During the episode we called one of our neighbors and asked her to go outside and tell us if that is what she observed earlier in the month. She said yes it was. We are hoping others will report it so we will learn more about it.
