Two of us were sitting in Rosicrucian Park in San Jose in the early afternoon relaxing in the park. We were looking at the sky, watching a bird and noticed a round object rotating/reflecting sunlight above cloud cover. Hovered and then drifted Northward. Was above nearby aircraft. Video obtained. Eventually it traveled upward/northward and we lost sight of it.
