ANOTHER RESIDENT, YANG ZHENHAI, SAW THE SHINY OBJECT IN THE SKY FIRST AND SPREAD THE NEWS IN AN ONLINE CHAT GROUP. WANG WAS ALSO IN THAT GROUP, SO HE WENT TO SHOOT THE OBJECT ON VIDEO.
2. HANGZHOU, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE, JULY 7
STAFF MEMBERS AT HANGZHOU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SAW THE OBJECT THROUGH THEIR MONITORING EQUIPMENT ABOUT 21:00, AND IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN THE AIRPORT AND MANY FLIGHTS WERE DELAYED. SOME RESIDENTS SAID THAT CHILDREN FEARED THE SHINY OBJECT AND CRIED. SOME RESIDENTS FROM GUILIN AND NANNING CITIES SAID THAT THEY ALSO SAW THE OBJECT. 8. PINGYAO, SHANXI PROVINCE, SEPT 22-23
TWO YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS, GU PEIWEN AND SUN JIALI, FOUND IN THEIR PHOTOS A SHINY OBJECT THAT APPEARED WHEN THEY WERE TRYING TO SHOOT SOME NIGHT SCENES OF PINGYAO. A YOUNG WOMAN WHO WAS JUST PASSING THROUGH ALSO WAS SURE THAT SHE SAW THE OBJECT IN THE PHOTOS. THE OBJECT WAS FLAT WITH TWO LIGHT BEAMS.
9. BAOTOU, INNER MONGOLIA AUTONOMOUS REGION, SEPT 11
LOCAL AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT BUREAU SAW A UFO THROUGH THEIR MONITORING EQUIPMENT 40 KILOMETERS EAST OF BAOTOU ABOUT 20:00 AND TOLD THE AIRPORT IN BAOTOU TO REARRANGE SOME FLIGHTS. AT 22:00, THE FLIGHTS RETURNED TO NORMAL.
10. URUMQI, XINJIANG UYGUR AUTONOMOUS REGION, JUNE 30

In my relocation (bottom this one) about UFOs being treated drearily, I memo a steadily observation in an article by Clark and Farish [UFO Newscast, 1975]; an encounter that was, they identify, "most rich" afterward which I acquiesce.
Noted Spanish UFO supporter, Jose Antonio Caravaca, saw my suggestion and has been tolerant satisfactory to supply additional details:
The case "is" from 1925, and based on an anonymous note, standard by the supporter Antonio Ribera in 1968. (No investigation was conducted.)
We recently bring about the details of an anonymous snitch.
The note was sent from the town of Quero (Toledo, Castilla La Mancha). Article obtained from the book "ENCUENTROS CON HUMANOIDES" Antonio Ribera 1982.
Textual pleased of the letter:
"Sir, informed of your lead in collecting data about flying saucers and aliens, I am calligraphy to you to let you divulge a fact, not a daydream.

Current is no additional information. In basic terms a note which begins, gone Don Quijote..."anywhere in La Mancha."
Ballester Olmos, included the case in his incline of 200 landings in Spain.
But he took it encouragement for lack of additional evidence or information as to the authenticity of the case.
Meanwhile Mr. Ribera, explains in his book that as peculiar and ridiculous as the situation seems, it does suggest itself to be faithful, while engaged appearing in under the weather afterward other stories of encounters...

"Trick Setting down OF EVENT/SIGHTING": Broxburn close Academy: Saturday 6th of Totter 21:20. Two of us were level unconstrained in the since garden (our house is on a hill overlooking the ivory tower) what I saw what looked care for a explosive swell up from the ground, it was in the middle of the A89 and the M8 in the means of Almond Dell. I would regularly equivalent this to seeing the headlights of a snooty car as it turned in my means, but the orb bent glistening orange light went upwards, unconscious from the ground.
It determinedly wasn't the frequent snooty car headlights. I drew my fianc'ee's gain and asked what she contemplation it was, she had no look, but saw it as painfully as I did. We watched (it was in the south) as it raised up better, guessing but most likely about four hundred metres and after that it started to move towards us (due north).
I couldn't see any conservationist or red or any other alternating lights mobile that it was a normal aircraft, but it's maneuvers through it become visible care for a helicopter. The first intense I contemplation it was invention was care for a plane, but after that a plane appeared, outlook from a moment ago to finished, championship towards the airport ramp. The craft slowed and motivated out of the way of the aircraft by separation up a bit so I'm guessing it was attractive close it. The plane continued regularly in the direction of the ramp area and the craft followed it for what seemed a distance of about three fingers, by chance five hundred metres. It after that continued to head towards us and what it was gruffly higher the ivory tower it motivated in an arc to finally move fitting upwards.

Why is this pack at the BFRO going at it once more at this time, almost a year after Autumn's book Enoch was published? I wonder if some of this doesn't have to do with the 2nd OSS (Oregon Sasquatch Symposium) coming up in June -- are they fanning embers?
Autumn can take care of herself, and she does so in her post. Still, this latest round from those at the BFRO is another example of the ugly nonsense that goes on in Bigfoot research. (The parallels to UFO research and other esoteric and Fortean realms applies.)
Someone calling him/her self "navigator" -- and the fact this person uses a screen name and not their real name is noted -- posted on the BFRO:
"The fellow who told Autumn Williams (by phone) the stories that she eventually published in a book titled "Enoch," is actually a yarn-spinning homeless person in central Florida who our investigators had encountered in 2006 in Polk County, FL."200"6." Autumn's book came out in 2010. And, as Williams points out, it's probably a correct assumption to say there is more than one person named Mike in Florida. And where is "navigator's" documentation on his allegations?
Another poster: "JRawk12" comments on both Autumn's book and her mother's -- Sali Sheppard Wolford -- book Valley of the Skookum, which came out in 2006:
"Is this really a big surprise in the first place? Usually the math doesn't add up for a reason...Good story, but it was painfully obvious that it was a fictional story from jump street. Same thing with her moms book. They're both good storytellers though! (Weird how defensive everyone was when people called B.S on her story back when it came out)"Personal opinion is personal opinion; we're all entitled and you think what you think. It's opinion Valley of the Skookum is "fictional," not fact. (Yes, the same can be said of "my" opinion...)
What irks me however is that, instead of looking at Valley of the Skookum, as well as Autumn's book, from a Fortean, open minded perspective, there seems to be a deliberate campaign against Williams (and Woolford) as well as debunking a particular aspect of Bigfoot research. That is, anything that presents itself outside of the flesh and blood box is considered suspect.
The former is ugly pettiness, sad but typical in Bigfoot, UFO, etc. circles. The latter is harmful for what it says about Bigfoot research. As with UFO research, the number of narratives in Bigfoot encounters that include high strangeness elements is huge. Yet many researchers continue to ignore these events and dismiss them with a virulence that is pathological at times.
What is ignored are the common threads of experience in high strangeness Bigfoot encounters. Whatever the causes for the similarities, they are... what about them? How to explain them? A glib response that witnesses are "whacked," or "lairs" simply isn't honest research.
I'm not suggesting Enoch and Valley of the Skookum are along the same lines -- they're not. Enoch is not "high strangess," (although, not doubt there are some out there who might say the relationship Mike describes is just that) and Williams writes about the roles of witness and researcher; an "extremely "important point that is too often missed by some.

What really happens when you're confronted by an alien? You can see it clearly standing there, looking at you and --by nearly all reports-- talking to you in your mind, telling you "Don't be afraid, keep staring".
The following authentic recording under hypnosis of Barney Hill (see the landmark Barney and Betty Hill abduction case) made by Mr. Hill's psychiatrist allows each of us to witness Mr. Hill reliving this moment of contact.
Warning: it's scary.
But while we can hear the fear on the recording all these years later, Barney remembered none of the terror when he arrived home later that night.
And what about us? Who's hypnotized us, so we in the civilian research community have forgotten the fear and terror that is so often the true nature of the basic experience overlaid by all our blogging and conferences, lectures and book tours?
Why is empathy utterly lacking in the UFO field? Bloggers write about UFO witnesses as if they were nothing more than abstraction, spikes in a line on a graph.
So I'm wondering: would we feel the same if the Hills were in a horrible, spectacular accident? Say, a highly publicized plane crash? What does it take for the rest of us, the amateurs and the professionals on both sides of the Great Question, to risk a little empathy? The human terror we can now all be witness to on this tape should be engraved on every serious ufology commentator's mind --especially if the commentator's been guilty of the current wholesale disregard for witness integrity. What have we become as as a community when we so routinely make light of contactees' courage?
Mr. Hill's uncensored and vital expression on this recording should be a wake-up call to commentators on both sides of the ufology debate. Of course, even before Barney Hill walked bravely into UFO history-- he was already a hero, a civil rights activist when lynching and shooting of black men who spoke out against injustice was still happening, and when the interracial marriage he shared with his wife Betty was illegal in most of these United States.
So what would it be like to have a voice in your head, a voice you're forced to realize is actually coming from a strange being with large eyes and a face that registers no trace of humanity, no emotion?
Many witnesses describe interaction with these beings as if they were wide awake yet watching themselves walk through some dream. But doesn't the typical close encounter report seem a lot more like what we'd call a hypnotic state? Then there are the beginnings and endings of these strange interspecies transactions, as when humans are knocked unconscious with apparently nothing more than an ET's touch. But the aliens' control is not perfect, hence Betty's dress was torn when she tried to resist.
I call this aspect of the contact transaction Mind Talk, because I don't think the humans suddenly become telepathic. In most reports, it seems more likely the alien entity is making the mind connection and talking in the person's language. What I'm noticing is that both the sending and receiving is instigated and controlled by the ET.
The other famous Betty case, the Betty Andreasson contact, is a prime example of a Mind Talk. This case was investigated by Dr. J. Allen Hynek's team. Notice in the excerpt from the report below, how Betty's feelings seem to be controlled:
"Before he could regain his composure, he saw the beings walk right through the wooden door! What happened next would test the imagination and strength of even an open-minded, adventurous person. The entire family was suddenly put into a state of suspended animation. One of the creatures went to Betty's father, while one of the other four began to make telepathic communication with Betty. When you get into the details and follow the Mind Talk, the alien or entity does not always seem to know what human emotions are being expressed, or even that particular emotions are appropriate in the abduction. Does this indicate that a deep connection does not take place, at least not at first?
However, some alien species seem to have the ability to absolutely control contactees via their minds, as the contactees are completely subdued, even in the most terrifying interactions. Many abductees claim new or increased psychic abilities after consistent abductions. If these abilities are something our vistors can induce, could it be the psychic abilities are cultivated by certain alien species for easier communication?
I always remind myself the evidence shows that when people are abducted, the entities are mostly in charge. But shouldn't we be following these cases more carefully, with a view to determine the visitors' apparent strengths...and weaknesses?
Some contactee clues from the Mind Talk transactions we must consider:
--Do the visitors have the intellectual complexity to stage events?
--Are some of the visitor events confusing by design?
--Do the visitors know mind suggestion is not perfect at either end of the transaction?
--Are the visitors running a Plan B scenario alongside the more apparent contact event as a failsafe of their own?
--Or is this event-within-an-event type contact designed to dismay the bright ones among us when a given event finally becomes public, by injecting increasingly confusing or apparently contradictory data?
For the truly curious, doing an inventory of possible motives in ET behavior by asking "why would we do this if we were we were real aliens?" can be useful, but there's no way from the human vantage point, to know what final or combination of motives is in actually governing the interactions.
If you take the history of UFOs together, you'll agree many of our prime investigators have a fundamental problem with ET behavior, believing it mystical. Many professionals inside the ufology community --the only group that is doing extensive research on UFOs-- is torn about what the ETs really are, because some of the visitor behaviors don't make sense.
Case in point: the NIDS team believed whatever they were facing at Skinwalker Ranch was not intelligent and therefore stealth wasn't needed. The previous owner, the person who had the most experience with this phenomenon on the ranch, disagreed with this "intelligent decision made by the scientists". Destruction of valuable equipment and the wrecking of the larger experiment was the result of presupposing the humans knew what motivated the visitors, aliens, or other groups of entities encountered at Skinwalker Ranch. NIDS concluded incidents of telepathy of some sort were involved, due to predictive accuracy about NIDS surveillance controls and movement of personnel by the entities, but the telepathic connection didn't involve Mind Talk.
Making important conclusions or policy decisions about a species that interacts through their minds is a job best left for the species anthropologists of the future...if we have any. But the idea is mind boggling. Think about deep telepathy between species on a strategic basis: how could you lie...or be diplomatic...or even the least bit tactful?
If you believe the solid reports of Barney and Betty Hill and other courageous abductees, and the claim for ongoing contact with the ET military officials claim survived Roswell, we know the gray type aliens are real. What else they are is still up for debate. But a world without speech is something to think about. It could be part of our own evolutionary future.

HUGE 'UFO FRAGMENT' DISCOVERED IN SIBERIA - LIFE'S LITTLE MYSTERIES(c) Russia TodayTHIS LARGE METAL OBJECT WAS DISCOVERED IN A SIBERIAN FOREST. A metal object the size of a Volkswagen Beetle has been discovered near a remote village in Siberia. Local residents presumed it recently fell to Earth from space, but officials from Russia's space agency examined the object and said it "is not related to space technology." Locals discovered the roughly 200-kilogram (440 pounds) object, which is cylindrical and capped on one end by a ridged dome, March 18 in the forest near the village of Otradnesnky. They attached the "UFO fragment" (as media outlets have called it) to a trailer and dragged it through the snow to their village. They then alerted Moscow authorities, according to a report in Britain's "The Telegraph," and the object was confiscated for inspection. Following the initial examination, an official for Roscosmos, the Russian space agency, reportedly said: "The object found is not related to space technology. A final conclusion can be made after a detailed study of the object by experts." Part of the fragment is made of titanium, according to district officials. Additional tests showed it was not radioactive. Nick Johnson, head of NASA's orbital debris office, said there isn't sufficient information about the object for him to make a full assessment, but it doesn't appear to be part of a spacecraft. "The object almost certainly is not related to a spacecraft," Johnson told Life's Little Mysteries. "It also does not look like part of a launch vehicle which has fallen from orbit. However, we cannot be definitive in our judgment without better photos and other data. For example, the date the object fell is vitally important, but I did not see reference to it." It is also unclear whether the object really did fall from space or got lost in the woods by some other route.
