Reading appears to be a hotspot for UFO sightings after another unidentified object was spotted in the skies of Caversham.Louise Davis, 26, of Managua Close, was awoken in the early hours of last Wednesday by "a steady engine sound".
The mum-of-two leapt out of bed at 1.20am before frantically searching around the house looking for the 'sauce-r' the noise.
She said: "I was woken up by a funny noise, which I found strange as I can sleep through anything and I was in a deep sleep.
"After searching around the house I looked outside my window and saw a bright green light in the distance.
"The bold round block of light was really green to my eyes, and it sounded as if it was hovering over and area for a while. I thought it might have been a police helicopter."
Reading police spokeswoman Andrea Bennett said: "The Thames Valley Police helicopter was not patrolling in the area at the time, but there may have been a helicopter from other police forces."
As reported in the Evening Post on Friday, May 16, Caversham is an alien hot spot according to files released by the Ministry of Defence.
Michael Soper, who is in his 60s, has been investigating flying saucers for years with the group Contact International UFO Research.
